Yoga, Meditation and Caring Touch
The winter season is an auspicious time for 'seeding' healing patterns in our lives. Everyone experiences daily stress and low energy periods.
Yoga and meditation are practical ways to relax, harmonize and renew. We can access our inner strength and quiet center of being. We will learn techniques for sharing 'caring touch'. With conscious compassion for ourselves and others, we can integrate the tools we learn in this retreat into our everyday lives and relationships.
Carolyn Kay Wheeler, RN, RYT, has taught yoga for 25 years integrating her skills as a Therapeutic Touch practioner, professional dance and holistic nurse into her yoga classes. Carolyn seeks the essence of yoga practice, adapting poses for the benefit of
each person.
Bette Bussell, Licensed Massage Therapist, has been helping her clients reach structural comfort and balance by integrating massage, neuromuscular and craniosacral therapies with muscle energy and breathing techniques. Bette's joy is in helping people to care for themselves, friends and loved ones.
