Vegetarian Cooking Workshop: cooking with Paris!
Come and join Pumpkin Hollow Chef Paris for a delicious workshop in the quiet winter month of January.
We will talk about:
- Protein in a vegetarian diet, sources, quality and quantity
- Fermented foods
- Mindful eating and weight loss
Practical parts include hands-on preparation of sauerkraut, sourdough bread, kombucha. Also Paris will share her secret recipes for rice pilaf, Asian veggie salads, tofu meatballs, no-beef-stew, vegan "fish". We will learn how to make vegan cakes and a couple of easy gluten-free deserts.
