Group Application

  • For a 2-4 day retreat: A non-refundable deposit of $80/per person times the (approx #) of attendees is required to reserve the retreat date. For longer retreats the deposit amount will be negotiated.
  • Two night minimum on all retreats (includes five meals; additional meals we be charged accordingly).
  • Final count on number of guests is due to Pumpkin Hollow Retreat Center five business days prior to start of Retreat.
  • Cancellation of individual guests may be made up to 3 business days (less nonrefundable deposit) prior to start of retreat. Any cancellations made after the 3 day period will be subject to payment in full.
  • Payment of the balance is due on arrival at your group retreat. Checks, cash, Visa, Discover, and Mastercard are accepted. Make checks payable to "Pumpkin Hollow Foundation."
  • AV equipment is available if requested in a timely manner.
