Group Application

  • A/V equipment is available if requested in advance
  • For a 2-4 day retreat: Deposit of 1/3 of the total fee per person will be required one month prior to the reserved retreat date. For longer retreats deposit amount may be negotiated.
  • Two weeks prior to the retreat we need to know the number of participants so that adequate preparation may be made by Pumpkin Hollow.
  • Payment of the balance is due on arrival at your group retreat. Checks, cash, Visa and Mastercard accepted. Make checks payable to Pumpkin Hollow Foundation.
  • Non-refundable deposit of $25/per person (approx #) is required to hold a reserved retreat date.
