Relaxation Through Meditation
If you are looking to relax, to sharpen your awareness, and to improve your overall well-being, this might just be the weekend for you. Our RELAXATION THROUGH MEDITATION workshop includes a chance to explore different meditation techniques and relaxation exercises. We engage in silent walking meditations, meditation in a labyrinth, waterside meditation, and campfire meditation (weather permitting). Learning to relax through meditation can help us deal with life more
effectively, think more clearly and deepen our connection to the
beauties of nature all around us.
There is ample time to relax, journal, and even participate in some arts and crafts. This weekend will give you the opportunity to become deeply familiar with the peace and contentment that comes through meditation in the wonderfully spiritual atmosphere of Pumpkin Hollow Retreat Center.
This weekend will be hosted by Lyn Trotman, President of the New York Theosophical Society, and members of the NYTS Board of Directors.
