Group Application

For a 2-3 day retreat: A non-refundable deposit of $100/per person times the (approx #) of attendees is required to reserve the retreat date. For longer retreats the deposit amount will be negotiated.
Two night minimum on all retreats (includes six meals; additional meals we be charged accordingly).
Final count on number of guests is due to Pumpkin Hollow Retreat Center five business days prior to start of Retreat.
Cancellation of individual guests may be made up to 3 business days (less nonrefundable deposit) prior to start of retreat. Any cancellations made after the 3 day period will be subject to payment in full.
Payment of the balance is due on arrival at your group retreat. Checks, cash, Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Make checks payable to "Pumpkin Hollow Foundation."
AV equipment is available if requested in a timely manner.
