The Gift of Renewal - Fall

We all need ‘the gift of renewal’.

Come to the healing sanctuary of the Hollow for nourishment: renewing your connection to the Spirit within, being permeated with the vitality and harmony of the Natural Kingdom, and sharing the richness of community.

A flow of activities support renewal: strolling on moss covered trails and along the streamside, ‘listening’ to the waterfall’s myriad rhythms, enjoying a campfire, gentle yoga and group meditations. And off course, delicious vegetarian meals using vegetables from our garden, and meeting with friendly like-minded people.

There will also be an opportunity to receive a TT treatment from the Therapeutic Touch group.

Departing, you will be blessed with a sense of peace, gratitude and inner strength.
