Join Michelle Briks and Bria Tavakoli for a weekend of creative, intelligent, healing vinyasa yoga flow, deeper meditative and relaxation/release experiences, home-cooked, garden fresh meals, stunning nature, and rejuvenation.

Rolling solo? Awesome. We're sweet and friendly, so whether you bring friends or not, you'll leave with a connection to like-minded people, plus a deeper, fuller connection to yourself.

All levels, including beginners, are absolutely welcome. We have a combined 20+ years of teaching experience between us, and look forward to taking excellent care of each and every participant.
