Music for Healing in Transition

The Music for Healing & Transition Program (MHTP) trains and certifies musicians to provide live therapeutic music, which creates healing environments for the ill and/or dying and all who may benefit. The MHTP recovnizes music as a therapeutic enhancement to the healing process and the life/death transition.

We collaborate with healthcare facilities and community organizations to educate about, and promote research in, the effectiveness of therapeutic music. The MHTP has been training musicians since 1994. Graduates are Certified Music Practitioners ®.
