Join us for an enlightened weekend of inner self-reflection. We will unplug from the world and reconnect with ourselves and with nature.

There will be guided hikes, sunrise/sunset meditations, nutrition coaching,and workouts. Renew yourself at the healing center, and enjoy time in the hammock, and by the waterfall.

Whatever you need to stop for a minute, disconnect completely, and breathe! Get away from it all, and recharge your beautiful mind, body and spirit.

You are welcome to join us for a weekend of “Simple Pleasures “ surrounded by the nurturing beauty of Pumpkin Hollow and company of other women on the journey toward living a deeply authentic and spirit filled life. Our days and evenings have a sweet and easy flow. We share a gentle yoga practice, take silent ( or not ) hikes to the labyrinth, sit among one another at the healing center and waterfalls, wade in the river, as well as connect through art, Reiki and sharing. Prayers Around the Earth
