We will sit and walk in meditation, explore the surrounding silence, listen to and share in Dharma talks, ground in movement and song, and be one with nature as we learn to make peace with the challenging parts of ourselves and celebrate the parts that nourish us.

Rejuvenate the Healer Within: A Retreat for Healers

June 11th and 12th, 2016 -- 9:30 AM Saturday thru Lunch Sunday

What do we do to nourish our spirits? So often as healers we spend our time thinking, feeling and caring for others, and we forget to care for ourselves. Take a weekend to share energy and compassion for self with like minded spirits. This will support you with a sense of community and give you an opportunity for reflection that promotes self-discovery and wellness. The Retreat will begin on June 11 at 9:30am with a continental breakfast and end on Sunday June 12 after lunch. (CE's not available.) Open to all - you don't have to be a Therapeutic Touch® Practitioner. Morning Meditations and creative vegetarian meals included.

Self-Reflection in our TT Practice - Denise Coppa, PhD, APRN QTTT
Denise will provide an update on the Montana Dialogues and discuss the tools of "Critical Reflective Theory" as a means of self-reflection and insight in a TT session. We will have plenty of time for practice, self-reflection and discussion with Denise.

The rest of the time will be spent in true retreat mode with time for rest, walks and journaling. Other presentations include:

Walking the Labyrinth - Elaine Wilk, RN QTTT
This is an introduction to the ancient and sacred practice of the walking meditation called the Labyrinth, using it to explore our connection with the Inner Self and the Divine.

Light Moves - Beth Hagedorn BSN, RN, QTTT
Gentle yoga, integrative movement, music & imagery to restore, renew and rebalance the body-mind-spirit.

Connecting to your Inner Healer through Imagery - Catherine Collins, MS, RN, QTTT
We will have an opportunity to access "the healer within" by participating in a guided imagery practice. Time for journaling will be allotted.
