What do we do to nourish our spirits? So often as healers we spend our time thinking, feeling and caring for others, and we forget to care for ourselves. Take a weekend to share energy and compassion for self with like minded spirits. This will support you with a sense of community and give you an opportunity for reflection that promotes self-discovery and wellness. The Retreat will begin on June 11 at 9:30am with a continental breakfast and end on Sunday June 12 after lunch. (CE's not available.) Open to all - you don't have to be a Therapeutic Touch® Practitioner. Morning Meditations and creative vegetarian meals included.
Self-Reflection in our TT Practice - Denise Coppa, PhD, APRN QTTT
Denise will provide an update on the Montana Dialogues and discuss the tools of "Critical Reflective Theory" as a means of self-reflection and insight in a TT session. We will have plenty of time for practice, self-reflection and discussion with Denise.
The rest of the time will be spent in true retreat mode with time for rest, walks and journaling. Other presentations include:
